Over our years of providing retreats for reflexologists, we have been asked many times when we will create a retreat along similar lines to ‘Equilibrio for Therapists’ for non-therapists -the feedback from guests has been so good!
Our June retreat ‘Relatively Therapeutic’ is open to anyone, and offers the opportunity to share the Equilibrio experience with a beloved relative, or a friend who feels like family.
On all of our retreats, we acknowledge the stresses and strains we all experience, and the value of being able to regulate the nervous system.
So this retreat, and the focus of the workshops on offer each morning, will be about finding self care that is relevant to you and supporting you to build resources to increase your own nervous system’s flexibility.
