At this retreat we will explore ways we as reflexologists can support our clients through different stages of their cancer journey to help them maintain their optimum wellbeing.
We will be joined by Special Guest Reflexologist Dr Carol Samuel, accomplished practitioner, researcher, author and tutor. who will share an adapted nerve reflexology approach designed to gently support individuals living with pain following surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hormonal treatment.
Other workshops will focus on how to support clients through cancer and cancer therapies using nutrition and lifestyle changes and how gentle somatic practices can support this client group, their families and yourselves as therapists.

This will be our fourth retreat at the wonderful Almeji retreat centre, close to the historic town of Ronda.
We are delighted to be welcoming Sally Earlam back as our Special Guest for this retreat, on a subject that is close to all our hearts here at Equilibrio – Menopause.
This Equilibrio retreat will bring together a team of facilitators experienced in supporting women through menopause. You’ll leave with a practical toolkit to help clients navigate this transitional stage of their lives.
