Relatively Therapeutic

21st-28th of June 2025

A week to nourish yourself and spend special time with a beloved relative, be that parent, sibling, grown-up offspring, or a friend that feels like family. Come for a week away from the stresses and strains of everyday life.

Join us at a retreat centre in the mountains of southern Spain. The centre is a beautiful space to relax and just be.

Throughout the week we will offer a range of optional activities, through which you can explore ways to regulate your nervous system, relax and feel at peace and connected, including walks, fun fitness, yoga, qi jong, meditation, massage, reflexology, singing and art.

There are gorgeous views from the lovely garden, the outdoor pool, the roof terrace and the comfortable hideaway spaces around the grounds.

Accommodation is in comfortable twin rooms.

The centre offers full catering with tasty, healthy, vibrant vegetarian food.

Why Choose Relatively Therapeutic?

Do you ever feel that you need to slow right down… just for a while? That the pace of life or your responsibilities are overwhelming you, not allowing you to work out what you really need, or nurture the special connections that you have?

A week out of time can give us the space to explore what changes we can realistically make in our everyday lives to look after ourselves better.

Relatively Therapeutic offers you a week away from normal life, free from responsibilities and obligations and provides you with the opportunity to share that space with someone you love…someone who might want to make some changes too…..
